Phase 1

Project Initiation and conception

The design of the building that houses our offices started in 2019. We took advantage of the fact that we had at our disposal a plot of land in a very good location and so we built our offices in this area.

It should be noted that initially there was an old uninhabited house which was demolished.

Phase 2

Project planning and definition

When the first step was completed and we determined whether a project is worth undertaking, the Team started the project’s planning and CityVision Building was born.

This was the most critical step as it set the foundation of the entire project. We identified the timeline as well as the project’s goals from beginning to end. The budget should always be kept in mind as it is essential to be estimated, outlined, and approved, as at the end of the day it will establish if a project succeeds or fails.

Phase 3 and 4

Project Execution and Launch

At this stage, the planning and scoping of CityVision were put to the test. Reports of the continuous process allowed the different members of the team to keep tabs on each phase and allowed them to make necessary adjustments along the way.

Project Performance

The project performance phase is where we ensured that the project was running on schedule and within budget. Information is vital in order to make any ongoing adjustments.

The End

Project Close

This is the last phase that the project has led to. After many final tests and inspections CityVision was concluded within a year of construction.
