The first step of the construction life cycle is to translate an idea into actionable items. A dedicated team as well as time are of the essence. When the idea of Winstonfield Residences was created our  experienced Team set to uncover all details and later, we set the stage for a successful project.

Phase 2

Project planning and definition

When the first step is completed and we determine whether a project is worth undertaking, the Team starts the project’s planning.

This was the most critical step as it set the foundation of Winstonfield Residences. At this step the project manager needs to identify the timeline as well as the project’s goals from beginning to end. The budget should always be kept in mind as it is essential to be estimated, outlined, and approved, as at the end of the day it will establish if a project succeeds or fails.

Phase 3 and 4

Project Execution and Launch

At this stage, the planning and scoping of the Residences were put to the test. At each progress point reports allowed the different members of the team to keep tabs on each phase and allowed them to make necessary adjustments along the way.

Project Performance

The project performance phase is where we ensure that the project is running on schedule and within budget.

This phase requires daily supervision by dedicated team members of the project as well as construction managers to track progress and determining the successful implementation of every phase. Information is vital in order to make any ongoing adjustments.

The End

Project Close

This is the last phase that the project has led to, where the project leaders have to offer deliverables to their clients.  Our team could not be happier with the result and once the final tests and inspections were made and approved, Winstonfield Residences was concluded.
